Payment
A non-refundable £100 holding deposit is required to reserve a stay more than six weeks in advance. This will be deducted from your balance on full payment. The full balance must be paid six weeks prior to your stay, along with a £300 damage deposit (see below). We reserve the right to cancel reservations not paid in full six weeks prior to the arrival date.
Damage deposit
A deposit of £300 is required to cover damage, loss, extra cleaning, excessive usage and landline calls incurred as a result of your stay. The balance will be refunded to you within seven days of your departure.
Privacy policy
We do not store your financial details, and will not pass your contact details on to anyone else.
