Damage deposit
A £300 damage deposit is required to cover any damage, loss or extra cleaning incurred as a result of your stay. Calls from the landline phone will also be deducted from this. We take a thorough inventory at the end of each rental period. You will be charged the current market rate to replace damaged or missing items. The balance will be refunded to you within ten days of your departure.
